Ginny was helpful over the year that we searched for our dream cottage. She checked listings every day, and we bid on our purchase the day the listing came up because Ginny had spotted it right away. She did a great job with our remote purchase (we live in Washington, so we're far away), face-timing us with a video tour, dealing with inspector, etc. we are so happy with her, we listed some vacant acreage for her to sell. Highly recommend!
