Once she understood what we were looking for, she would go ahead and look at places before we did to make sure it met all our requirements and wish list so we didn't waste our limited time when we were in town. Ginny made sure to respond quickly, answer all our questions, and be flexible for when we were in town and available to look at houses. She asked questions we hadn't thought of when touring places, and was very helpful in the whole process for us as first time home-buyers. I would definitely recommend Ginny to all my family and friends!
