As a former military family member with multiple moves around the world, I know first hand that moving can be a stressful, scary event. When our children were very young, we were transferred out of country to Berlin, GE and away from family for the first time ever. There were lots of questions and concerns about being so far away. As was the military's practice, my husband was assigned a sponsor to help answer questions and prepare for our arrival. We learned that our energetic sponsor's family was similar to ours in number and age of the children. That really helped and we felt as though we had friends waiting for us when we arrived...and we did. They had made WELCOME signs, brought treats for the children and took us to our new home where we found a refrigerator stocked with all the essentials. It was a wonderful beginning. Later, we were able to sponsor other new families and carry on the tradition. Relocation referrals allow me to continue making a difference, and I love it.

Seller reviewThe most helpful aspect of using Gloria Price as the broker to sell my house was her direction in how to prepare the house for sale. The changes and upgrades she recommended went a long way, in my opinion. to make the house more attractive to buyers. The fact that it sold in 3 weeks attests to this. I would have no hesitation to use Gloria Price or Century 21 New Millennium in the future.

Seller reviewGloria represented us when we bought our very first home, in 1983. We have since worked with Gloria in six other home sale/purchase actions. I would not even consider another broker. I can't imagine there is anyone better than Gloria Price. Gloria was fully engaged with every step in the sale process. She provided great recommendations on preparing the property for sale, and we followed all her suggestions. She advised on the staging, and even helped with arranging the furniture and accessories for the photo session. Gloria goes far beyond what I would consider to be the minimum, adding special touches in every aspect of the process. I really can't say enough good things about Gloria. She's simply the best! Selling a home is very stressful, but we never doubted Gloria would sell our house in minimum time and at the right price. Gloria's assistance helped to minimize the stress. All we needed to do was follow her advice.

Gloria knew the market, what improvements were needed without going overboard and got the workers to immediately begin the needed upgrades and cleaning so the property was ready in a very quick manner.
