I need it to buy the property via long distance so I was very dependent on my realtor for advice on location, availability of public transportation, and appropriate neighborhoods. Gloria is a complete professional and this was demonstrated profoundly throughout my experience. I cannot say enough good things about Gloria Smith. As I stated, all transactions had to be completed by way of computers. I bought the property site unseen and was thrilled with the choices that Gloria made for me. She got me exactly what I wanted and needed ! Gloria was excellent at negotiating an acceptable price for the property and assisted me with the inspections and final walk-through. Gloria was extremely prompt in the exchange of contracts and keeping me informed at all times of the progress being made on the contract.

Seller reviewI knew of Gloria's reputation prior to her becoming a broker and that was the kind of person I wanted helping me with the sale of my home. Gloria met all my expectations. Moving 1,000 miles away from my home while it was up for sale could have been a nerve splitting experience, but Gloria kept me informed and calm throughout the whole process. She paid attention to every detail from getting my neighbor to maintain my yard to leaving organized and labeled files regarding home upgrades and appliances so the inspector could easily find anything he needed. I will highly recommend Gloria to my friends in the future.
