Greg was prompt and helpful in responding to our questions. He really put in the effort. He treated our home like a million dollar home. We listed in mid-July and closed in late August. Impressive.

Greg was our agent for two different transactions: one transaction to purchase our property in 2013 and a second transaction to sell it in 2017. In both transactions, Greg was the epitome of a real estate broker. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the area, truthful and honest, reachable, approachable, understanding and well-connected. Furthermore, Greg went so far out of his way, above and beyond reasonable expectations, to help sell our house. While I was away for travel, Greg was putting the finishing touches on the house prior to taking professional photographs and hitting the market. My wife reported that Greg was outside the house mowing down straggling pieces of very long grass with a pair of scissors that were missed by the landscaper. At the end of the process, we received three full price offers on the first day on the market, and closed about 45 days later. Greg helped us deal with a very unique (challenging) market, a septic tank, a well, etc. etc. on a 50 year old house. Greg's service and support met and exceeded all expectations.

He was so responsive during this process, that when the time arose for me to start looking for a home for my family, he was clearly my realtor of choice. He quickly set up the search engines that gave us the right homes that we were seeking. He helped us narrow our focus and assisted in expanding our search window for price and locations based on the feedback the market was producing. Greg set up 2-3 days of home visits for my spouse ensuring that the precious time spent during her visit was productive. He picked her up and took her on a tour and with extreme attention to detail, within those days, helped us find the best house on the market still to date. His support system was equally efficient as well, with Mitzie of 1st County Mortgage being equally friendly, easy to work with, almost as great and always beating the competing lenders. Greg quickly answered all of our questions all during the home buying process. If he didn't know the answers, he found someone who did and provided the answers to us with enough time that it allowed us to make a decision and not influence the timelines or affect the process. He didn't have any problems dealing with the realtor of the home we purchased (if he did, we never knew about it.) My second home purchased and the best agent I have had to date. Always accommodating, always available, very responsive and overall just a delight to work with! Will definitely recommend Greg Connarn for friends and family. His personality and his desire to take care of us. When you think about it he sold our home in about 24 hours. My old neighbors and friends want to have his number should anyone need a realtor. They were impressed. The brochure that Greg had gotten was awesome! Made us want to consider buying the house ourselves if we weren't selling it. Great made this sale very easy.
