Buyer reviewGreg Stewart is a fellow Coast Guardsman and he understands the challenges that military families experience with frequent moves into new areas. He also lives on the Outer Banks, so that was beneficial in looking for a home there. He was very knowledgeable in this current competitive market, and new what areas were safe and perfect for our family. It may have taken us 9 months to find the right home, but he was continuously motivated and determined that we would find it! He went above and beyond as our realtor. In this competitive market, he never gave up on finding the right house for us. He submitted numerous offers and counter offers on multiple properties, he provided virtual walk throughs while we were living in Hawaii. He attended our home inspection, final walk through and closing -our closing was scheduled through a satellite office and Greg was there to explain documents and call our attorney when we had questions. We can't thank him enough for all of his hard work! Many times in our stress and worries over the last few months, he would focus on the positive-that we were one step closer to finding our home. It was a pleasure working with him. He was awesome and we will be referring him to anyone we know that is looking to purchase or sell a home.
