Living thousands of miles away from the location where you are looking to purchase a house is not an easy process, but Greg was very easy to work with. He sent us many listings within our specs and budget each week. Every time we were interested in a house, he looked at it in person and sent videos and/or photos of the house. He gave us his honest opinion on matters that were important to us, such as renovations that would need to be done, distance to the beach, and whether the house was priced fairly. He did several walkthroughs of the house we were interested in purchasing so that we could make up our minds about the purchase since we were buying sight-unseen. Greg was always there to answer any questions or concerns about the house, even when we had to delay the closing date several times. We would recommend Greg Stewart to anyone that is buying a house in this area. He was great to work with and went out of his way to make sure that we were happy with our purchase!
