Buyer reviewCan not say enough about how helpful Greg was with my first time home buying experience. Very professional and knowledgeable with my wants and needs on a house, community , and price. Would recommend Greg to all buyers and sellers for their housing needs. I had a mold problem in my apartment and Greg went as far as to personally help me in an alternate living space during our closeting period. Buyer reviewGreg's knowledge of the area was key to helping us find our home. He knew how long my husband's commute would be, and he was very honest with us about which locations would be best for us. He was also great at pointing out local businesses and places that we might not have otherwise noticed. We loved that "local insight." In terms of customer service, Greg went above and beyond our expectations! He was always quick to respond to any communications, and he was extremely patient with us as we toured many homes trying to refine exactly what would work best for us. We found him to be super friendly and approachable. We also really appreciated his handling of inspections and details that we were not always able to be around for. In particular, Greg did a final walk through right before closing and discovered our A/C had quit working. He then let us and the seller know, and made sure it was taken care of. His diligence saved us time and money! Greg Stewart is a true professional and a pleasure to work with.
