It was an unusual property, not appealing to most people, so we were thrilled with the results and never considered using any other agent for the selection of our new home. Greg was able to get us into a property that was to be listed the very day we looked at it. We were the first people to go thru the property so had a huge advantage. Didn't have to worry about bidding against anyone else, which happened on a prior property. This is now our dream home and we couldn't be happier with it! Greg helped with every step of the process and attended every inspection. He understood and respected our needs, making us feel at ease at every step. We intend to stay in our home forever so don't anticipate needing an agent anytime soon but Greg remains and will remain a part of our lives. He is there as a friend and is always willing to help with questions relating to his expertise.
