I have been a resident of the Washington DC Metro area for the past 28 years and have 24 years of combined experience in Real Estate Sales and the Rental Market. I am very familiar with all of the residential areas around the Pentagon, Fort Belvoir and Quantico Military Base. Fifty percent of my business over the past few years has been serving the military families relocating from over seas and within the U.S. I grew up in a military family. I understand the stress of moving every few years because of a Military Move or a Corporate Job Relocation. Seller reviewI have known Gurdeep over 10 years now and she has not only been my realtor but a friend. Gurdeep is very patient. Not only did Gurdeep sell my townhouse but we were trying to negotiate the sale of another house in South Carolina and we' were not having a positive experience so Gurdeep made a few phone calls and put us in touch with a great agent in Charleston SC. We were so thankful that she coordinated us with Maggie. We sold our townhouse without any complications. This allowed us to purchase our retirement home. I believe that Gurdeep goes above and beyond her call of duty. I am very busy in my everyday life and I was impressed on how Gurdeep took a lot of the load of the sale off of my shoulders. She was right on the nose with the sales price, staging was beautiful, and anytime I had a question she was willing to email, speak , or text me. Gurdeep is highy knowledgeble in all aspects of real estate, she is well connected and her overall business acumen is impeccable. Gurdeep coordinated all required critical connections, to include; an easement attorney, a surveyor, an inspector and she also went above and beyond to work together with our banker. Our banker was moving along at a snails pace and had it not been for Gurdeep's persistence we may have lost this property to another buyer. Fortunately, Gurdeep maintained on-going communications with the seller, our banker, the closing company and with us to make sure we closed on our property in a timely and efficient manner. Seller reviewThis was the third property Gurdeep has sold for us and each one has been a positive experience, which is often not the case. From the initial meeting concerning the property to the settlement table, Gurdeep was totally committed to helping us. She has always done her homework and explains the ups and downs of the property, the market in that area and traffic interested in buying. Gurdeep got to work immediately with her check off list of what needed to be done to have the property show the best. She has endless connections with those who can do the work necessary. It is obvious that she has cultivated these relationships as they all appear to be very willing to work with her. The work was finished in a timely manner and at a reasonable cost. Gurdeep is very willing to invest her time and she held two open houses for me. Once she sees interest she stays on it and works with the buyers agent to try and make the deal. Through out the whole process she is extremely professional and thorough , and would always stay in communication with me letting me know exactly how things were progressing. I have come to think of Gurdeep not just as a amazing real estate agent but as a friend. I appreciate her calm demeanor and cheerful nature.
