She helped us negotiate a price on our home that we were comfortable with. She supported us in a big way because we were first time home buyers. She gave us advice when we asked and always answered all of our questions no matter how many! We were usually texting something everyday to keep up with what we needed to get done. We loved that she was able to text us but she also always answered the phone if we preferred to call and ask her something. She always reminded us if we needed to get something done for the closing of our house. In our eyes Hannah was the glue that held the whole deal together. She handled everything perfectly! We were very stressed out with the process of buying a foreclosed house. Hannah decreased our stress and helped us feel like everything was under control.
