We started out with a different realtor from another company who was very slow in responding to us. We called century 21 about a particular house we were interested in and Hannah Palomin happened to pick up the phone and she answered the questions we had immediately. She started showing us houses and was friendly and knowledgeable about real estate. So we chose to stick with her. I am really glad we did. Hannah was completely awesome all the way around! She helped us negotiate a price on our home that we were comfortable with. She supported us in a big way because we were first time home buyers. She gave us advice when we asked and always answered all of our questions no matter how many! We were usually texting something everyday to keep up with what we needed to get done. We loved that she was able to text us but she also always answered the phone if we preferred to call and ask her something. She always reminded us if we needed to get something done for the closing of our house. In our eyes Hannah was the glue that held the whole deal together. She handled everything perfectly! We were very stressed out with the process of buying a foreclosed house. Hannah decreased our stress and helped us feel like everything was under control. She worked well with our mortgage loan officer. I would recommend Hannah to anyone who is ever looking for a realtor. Hannah went above and beyond for us! We cannot say enough good things about her.
