Heather Barrineau was amazing. I purchase this property/home from California, having never been to Kentucky. She gave me virtual walkthrough's in homes that fit our criteria. Her tech knowledge in communications was outstanding. Her abilities to bring me to Kentucky and walk alongside her throughout the whole process made all the difference. In fact, she actually drove the neighborhoods with her phone out the window so I could get a better look and feel of the neighborhood, it was as if I was a passenger right there with her in the car. Because of the 3 hour time difference, she put in a few rather light nights, really went way above and beyond. Her quick action and response helped us finish this home purchase in, I believe, record time. From the offer to the actual signing over the deed, only took 15 days and the owners were living in the home at the time too, I call that fast work. We made an offer on three others homes first, two didn't pass my needs on a building inspection, one that we couldn't agree on a price. In fact, from the start of the first house to the deed in my hand, I think that whole process was about 45 days. Heather's referrals to other professional services and community activities turned out to be so helpful and I'm very grateful to have found here. Throughout it all, her knowledgeable helpfulness and cheery attitude made all the difference. I only wish that all the professional people I deal with could take a lesson from Heather. I can't say enough about her and the experience I had working with her, it was the Best.
