Buyer reviewI'm having a hard time coming up with a word that describes Heather, her professionalism, and the all around work she did to make this happen for us. She's absolutely amazing and that's an understatement. She knew what we wanted better than we did. We never felt like our time was wasted (in fact we probably wasted hers looking at properties that she rightly knew we wouldn't want!) . Heather went above and beyond every step of the way. Being remote purchasers (based in Chicago) we put a lot of faith in Heather through the entire process and it paid off. Whether it was facetiming us for an initial walkthrough, researching the property, or even waiting on hold with utility companies because we couldn't; Heather was there for us. I seriously can't say enough about how amazing she was through the entire process--she even watched our dog so we could look at a property! Heather is the pinnacle of professionalism and anyone should consider themselves lucky to have her.
