Real Estate is not just about buying and selling homes. It's so, so much more than that. It's guiding a first time home-buyer through the strenuous process of deciding to purchase their first home. It's teaching both amateurs and professionals how to get the "best bang for your buck." It's helping your clients through negotiations and contingencies. It's building life long friendships with people you may have never crossed paths with otherwise. It's late night computer searches to find a perfect home for you. It's hours of paperwork to make the closing a smooth and seamless process. And all of these things, I LOVE. Nothing makes me happier than to see someone put the SOLD sign in their front yard or to give a buyer the set of keys to their new home. I have been involved in the real estate field since 1999, in which I have worked with real estate title, closing, foreclosure, oil and gas issues, and oil and gas lease negotiations. I have been an active property manager since 2000, managing numerous rental and rehab properties. I hold a Sub-Baccalaureate Certificate in Land Management, and a BA in Land Management from California University of PA.

Seller reviewMy family and I had the great pleasure of having Heather Gilbert as our realtor when selling our home. She is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! Heather made the selling process extremely easy for us. Once the house was listed, she immediately went to work by having numerous showings scheduled in a matter of days. She kept in constant contact to give us updates and answer any questions we may have had. Our only job in the selling process was to sit back and let Heather do her thing. That was such a blessing for us to not have to stress or worry, especially since we had already moved to another state. Within 2 weeks of listing the house on the market, Heather called to inform us that an offer had been made on our home. We accepted the offer and officially sold and closed on the house, all within 1 month of accepting the offer. This truly happened only because of Heather Gilbert. Her skills and knowledge in the realty business are exceptional and I can honestly say that she went ABOVE and BEYOND for my family and I.
