Real Estate is not just about buying and selling homes. It's so, so much more than that. It's guiding a first time home-buyer through the strenuous process of deciding to purchase their first home. It's teaching both amateurs and professionals how to get the "best bang for your buck." It's helping your clients through negotiations and contingencies. It's building life long friendships with people you may have never crossed paths with otherwise. It's late night computer searches to find a perfect home for you. It's hours of paperwork to make the closing a smooth and seamless process. And all of these things, I LOVE. Nothing makes me happier than to see someone put the SOLD sign in their front yard or to give a buyer the set of keys to their new home. I have been involved in the real estate field since 1999, in which I have worked with real estate title, closing, foreclosure, oil and gas issues, and oil and gas lease negotiations. I have been an active property manager since 2000, managing numerous rental and rehab properties. I hold a Sub-Baccalaureate Certificate in Land Management, and a BA in Land Management from California University of PA.

Buyer reviewThe main requirement we had when selling our home was to sell it as quickly as possible to be able to use our equity to move into a new home that we had already found without taking out a bridge loan or higher loan amount. Heather Gilbert priced our house correctly, had many showings the first few days, and sold it within the week. This timeliness enabled us to buy our new home and not lose it while our house sat on the market. The multiple showings and correct pricing were key to selling quickly. Heather Gilbert was very accessible during the process and would answer any questions or texts within minutes. Selling and buying a home is a very stressful and difficult process. It was made less so, by Heather, who would explain and answer questions to us in a way that made it easy to understand for those that are not real estate savvy. We sold our home quickly and are now happy in our new home!
