And after I got my ducks in line--she and I worked out the timeline of what should be done when and what could be eliminated given the major constraints facing me--she sold my home within 2 weeks. After I rejected one buyer's terms I didn't think it would be possible to make a sale to him. Heather, with her diplomacy and finesse hammered out a deal I accepted wholeheartedly and with the same buyer! She is an unusually brilliant and dedicated realtor.
