Buyer reviewHeather Stromme made us feel very comfortable. She is very friendly, never made me feel ignorant to the process. I was able to tell her how I felt and she never made me feel like I asked stupid questions(if she thought it was, she was very GOOD at hiding it, LOL. she replied with clarity; I could understand the explanations. We had fun with her. We really trusted her. Heather Stromme is like one of the family. I would recommend Heather Stromme to anyone because of the mention above and she is very knowledgeable of her surroundings. She is very good with people and getting things done to please them. As long as we live in the area and Heather is in this business we will make an effort to have Heather exclusively represent all future transactions that we may have regarding real estate. I don't think I could possibly explain the appreciation my wife and I have for the integrity and professionalism that we experienced while working with Heather Stromme. Heather went above and beyond many times during this transaction, she purchased smoke detectors to assure we would pass inspection, also purchased paint for the buyers as a personal gift toward their new home. Heather traveled to meet us when some papers needed to be signed and we had other pressing obligations the same day. I don't think there are enough words to express the gratitude that we have for this real estate agent and Century 21.

Seller reviewHeather is extremely knowledgeable about property values and local markets. She was right on in her recommendations and was so patient when the market was slow. She held out for a good offer and got us top price for our house in the current market. It took 9 months but Heather never lost her enthusiasm for the property and kept working hard on the marketing. We were very impressed with her efforts and professionalism. We would definitely use her again if we had another house to sell and recommend her to anyone who will listen.

Buyer reviewMy wife and have had not so good experiences with Realtors we have dealt with in the past, So we were a little spectacle going into our home buying. We seen one of Heather's signs in front of a house one evening when we were driving around and decided to call her and have her show us a house in the town we were renting in. We met Heather and even though the house we looked at didn't grab us we both walk away saying " we want her to be our realtor". So we started looking and once we found a house we liked we called her and then next thing we know she is walking us hand in hand through the home buying experience. She works hard to make buying a home as easy and stress free as she can. She worked on our schedule and spent a few late nights on the phone making sure we fully understood what we were signing and the next step. She made buying our home a pleasure and I would recommend anyone looking to buy a home give Heather a call they wont be disappointed. Thank you Heather
