Helping buyers and sellers make wise Real Estate decisions for over 23 years. I love what I do. It doesn't matter if I'm helping a seller negotiate their best price or helping a first-time homebuyer purchase their first home, I always do my best. I will listen to wants and needs and do my best for my clients. I have negotiated hundreds of properties from single family homes to investment properties, new builds, land and even some commercial properties. I believe in always upping my game taking extra educational classes. Knowledge is Power. I have obtained my GRI (Graduate of the Realtor's Institute), CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) and SFRS (Short Sale Specialist) certifications. In my spare time I love to camp with my husband, children and grandchildren. I serve with Meals on Wheels, and I also volunteer with Kidzworks at Central Christian Church. I'm active with the Rock Green Realtors Association and served as board as President from 2016-2017. I'm licensed in WI and IL and I'm the local Homes for Heroes Realtor. Buyer reviewHeidi was always willing to take her time with us. She planned our schedules very quickly and made sure to meet our wanted dead line. She was patient but also very knowledgeable in aspect of looking at a home and to follow our gut instincts. She knew we found the house we loved just by our expressions. She knew when we weren't 100% satisfied and she would encourage us to listen to that little voice. Overall, Heidi was amazing to work with and very family oriented when I would bring some family members along to help me. Thank you!
