Buyer reviewA few months ago we were temporarily renting a house in Ormond Beach in order to begin searching for a new home. We began working with another agent/office but were not satisfied with her. Our temporary landlord, who owns many properties in Ormond Beach, highly recommended Hella Rominger. Hella seems to know everyone and has an exceptional knowledge of trends, values and the local market in general. She quickly identified a house that was exactly what we were looking for. After we signed the purchase contract we assumed we were pretty much on our own, but Hella's service was just beginning. She helpfully and cheerfully responded to our many inquiries and requests as we worked our way through the process from our former home in Hollywood, Florida, 250 miles away. Hella extended herself in so many ways, during this time and since the closing, that it is not possible to list them here. Even now we are in touch with her almost daily as we address the various issues that arise with a new home. Hella is an exceptional realtor, one that we now consider a friend, and we will recommend her most highly whenever we have the opportunity.
