Seller reviewHella has been our one and only contact for real estate in Ormond Beach since we first met her in 2014. She sold our first house and now our second house. She is highly dependable and knowledgeable when it comes to Ormond-by-the-Sea. She has always been extremely accommodating whenever we have called on her. We now consider her a friend and will continue to use Hella for any future interest when we return to Ormond. Considering the fact that this sale occurred during Covid-19; I would have to say that it all went rather smoothly. I would recommend Hella to anyone looking to buy or sell a house. Hella was fantastic with the offer on the home we purchased. After the inspection, she successfully negotiated a price reduction to cover issues found. We were also very pleased that she joined us for closing at the title agency's office.
