See previous comments outstanding results. Several months before putting the home on the market we asked Henry to tour the home and give us some advice. He did so and gave us great advice. When we put it up for sale in March, Henry provided hard facts to help us set the price. Then it sold in 1 day at over asking price! Henry's expertise, contacts and know-how made it happen.

Henry Foley was awesome. He was again super patient and super honest. Even when we were excited about a house and there was potential for something to go wrong within the house he has no fear of letting us know. he made us feel as though we could trust his instincts. He began super early in our house search to understand what Sophia and I were looking for, so we really appreciated that as well. I would highly recommend him and use him again in a heartbeat for our selling of our home.
