I have the distinct pleasure of being able to pursue my interest in real estate, as well as use my many years of construction and restoration experience, to create the best outcome for each of my clients. Seller reviewHollie came to us with a plan and delivered exactly that. She understood our needs, set realistic expectations, and did exactly what she said she would do. Her estimation of the sale timeline based on the current market and comparables was spot on. We felt she had everything taken care of for us which made the process very easy considering moving can be stressful! This is the second time we've used Hollie when it comes to choosing a realtor due to her excellent service and knowledge.

Seller reviewHollie is an absolute gem to work with! The process was seamless and I received a full asking price offer within 5 days, and closing was just 24 days from the day it got listed. She is extremely knowledgeable and also handled our house with such care. I am newly widowed and this was a hard process but she treated me like family. The personal touches, like hand sanitizer, disposable booties to go over shoes & trash can, and masks by the door really made me feel like my home was being respected throughout the selling process. Hollie was very easy to reach and answered my many questions every step of the way. She went over and beyond my expectations and I couldn't have been any more pleased. Thank you again, Hollie!
