I have the distinct pleasure of being able to pursue my interest in real estate, as well as use my many years of construction and restoration experience, to create the best outcome for each of my clients. Hollie took time to walk through the condo room by room providing a task list of what should be done in each room prior to listing (including the outside, basement and closets - she thought of every area) which was extremely helpful. When the time came to present an offer, it was a very thorough meeting and she took extra time explaining details when needed. Her guidance from start to finish was excellent and very much appreciated.
