My decision to select C21 was based on the fact that my son is a C21 agent in GA where we were moving to. I cannot say more about the selection of Holly as our agent. She prepared the financial information with suggested sales prices and worked with us throughout the entire process. Although we did not receive a list price offer the final offer was well above our expectations in the dynamic DFW market, and my wife and I had targeted making a move as soon as possible in May to be near family after I became fully retired. Holly made this happen.

Holly was very friendly and helpful. She was good to make sure I was truly happy with a house before making an offer. She worked hard to provide me several homes to look at. I was able to close on a house after only 2 weeks of looking. She did a great job!

Holly was recommended to me by a friend of mine. He shared with me how dedicated she had been to helping him over the course of almost two years. The property he was looking for had to fit a very particular set of requirements as he was looking for land as well as considering his mother with health issues, a fiance', and work locations. I chose to give Holly an opportunity as I knew that I could be somewhat selective and wanted someone that would have the patience to work with me. I didn't want someone trying to convince me to settle and Holly came through in such a big way. She was patient with just the right amount of questions, making me feel that she was helping me with a personal touch that seems rare today. To help to illustrate this dedications, we looked as homes week after week. She helped me to put offers in on 11 different homes (in a market that, at the time, was extremely competitive). She continued to give advice and to diligently give updates as we went. There were many times that I thought to myself, 'does she ever not work?'. I could not have asked for a more proactive and responsive person to help me to make this major decision in my life. She always strives to make herself available and promptly communicated all along the way. Even after the sale and closing, she has followed up with me multiple times over the months since the purchase just to ask how it was going and even asked specific questions about work that I had talked about getting done on the home. I cannot thank Holly enough for her assistance and support throughout the process. I would not, and have not hesitated to share her name with anyone that I have run across that is even considering looking for a home. She has personally shown me that her interest and goal is to help me to find what I was looking for and that she is willing to assist over a stretch of time when that may be what is necessary to find that gem that fits what I was dreaming to find.
