I was looking to buy a home in Sioux Falls having only limited knowledge of the city from staying recently here with a relative. I reached out to Holly who was the selling agent for the owner of a townhouse. That property was under contract. However, based on considering what I might be looking for, Holly recommended other local homes for sale and thanks to her I was able to quickly settle on a property that was perfect for what I was hoping to find and it closed within a few weeks! Holly is very knowledgeable, trustworthy, thoughtful, hard working including on nights and weekends and has been a pleasure to work with on this. I recommend her strongly!

Holly was literally the best! She was so calm and patient and always quick to get any questions answered and any concerns addressed. I loved her because while we were considering selling. She wasn't pushy. I loved how she treated us as people. She always made me feel like we were important and not just another customer. She helped us in buying our new home, too.
