Holly is amazing. We are on our third purchase and second sale with her. We cannot recommend her enough. She's kind and considerate, but she will fight for us when necessary. We would never use another agent.

As first time homebuyers, we had a lot of questions about the contracts and paperwork. Holly took the time to explain everything in plain English, and let us know what is normal for the process, and what was different and why. Buying a home is a stressful experience, but Holly made the process seem doable. I am so glad we worked with her. Holly was AMAZING!! She really knew the area, and was able to answer all of our questions. She took a real interest in us as buyers, and made us feel important. I am sure she sells much nicer places at higher commissions, but I felt like I was her only customer.

She knows every angle of her business. She is also well connected to find you a person to do what you need done A mover, a roofer, a yard man, etc, just ask her and she will provide you with a well qualified person to do the job. Holly is also a fun person to be around and you miss her when she has gotten you into your new home or sold your home. When she was helping us, I think she was also working with five other clients. You would never know it. She keeps everything on track and keep you informed on what is happening and what the next step will be. Even when a member of her family had an accident, she still did not meet a beat. She was able to get the house we wanted to buy under the asking price and she was able to sell our house over the asking price. She is a good negotiator. She coordinates the loan, the escrow, the bankers, the appraisers, the inspectors, etc. for you. We have moved over ten times so I feel that I know what I am talking about. It's really special when you meet a person who truly loves their profession, and that is 100% true of Holly Williams. I'm sure the minimum any realtor must do is handle the paperwork, manage the web posting, and maybe do an open house. Holly does so much more! She papers the local neighborhoods with new listing announcement, she advertises it on social media, she hosts weekend kid-friendly events in our community park to stay in touch with the residents and always has information about the properties she's representing. She really has such a great reputation in our community that most people want to work with her to sell... and Holly's homes sell the fastest!
