She knows every angle of her business. She is also well connected to find you a person to do what you need done A mover, a roofer, a yard man, etc, just ask her and she will provide you with a well qualified person to do the job. Holly is also a fun person to be around and you miss her when she has gotten you into your new home or sold your home. When she was helping us, I think she was also working with five other clients. You would never know it. She keeps everything on track and keep you informed on what is happening and what the next step will be. Even when a member of her family had an accident, she still did not meet a beat. She was able to get the house we wanted to buy under the asking price and she was able to sell our house over the asking price. She is a good negotiator. She coordinates the loan, the escrow, the bankers, the appraisers, the inspectors, etc. for you. We have moved over ten times so I feel that I know what I am talking about. Once you talk to Holly, I think you will know that you made the right choice
