I was born and raised in the area. I grew up in Anderson, Indiana and have lived in various Indianapolis and surrounding communities my entire life. I currently reside in Cicero, Indiana with my husband of 15 years. We have spent the last several years restoring our turn of the century home. I also enjoy running, biking and anything outdoors. She was my agent when I bought my home, and there was no doubt I would have Honesty list my home when I decided to sell. From the very start of the process, Honesty was excellent when deciding the list price and providing me resources. She even spent time taking me out to look at properties in my neighborhood at or around my target listing price. Communication is always quick and friendly, which is very much appreciated. When the house was listed, she helped me negotiate multiple offers and provided advice that was invaluable. Navigating the process to the closing table can be stressful, but Honesty is wonderful at helping her seller. Whether it be setting up inspection repairs or even doing some minor carpentry work herself, she works tirelessly to alleviate stress on the seller. The closing went seamlessly as expected. Honesty is a wonderful person and an expert in the Indianapolis area. Without hesitation I can recommend her to any buyer or seller.
