There is truly no place like home. I grew up in Southeast Missouri and am excited to return to the area after spending the last few years in St Louis. I graduated from Sikeston High School and recently from the University of Missouri with a degree in hospitality management with a minor in business. I've spent time in management in hotels and sales of remodeling products for residential and commercial properties. As a Millennial, I understand what drives our generation to want to own a home. I understand your fears and commit to putting them at ease as we find you the perfect home. My fiancé', Lexi Beussink, and I are planning a fall 2019 wedding.

Buyer reviewHunter Williams knew we were looking for a rental. He listened to our needs and found a rental in our price range and was up to date. Any time I had a question Hunter Williams was available for myself and my husband. The process all the way from looking at the property, offering a price, home inspection to closing went really smooth. He was very helpful, knowledgeable and communicated great with us. Hunter Williams provided an experience of purchasing this home that made it easy for us. We will definitely use him again for our next home or rental.

Buyer reviewHunter Williams was very responsive and professional. He was assigned to me through work relocation but when I sell my home I will choose him first. Hunter made the experience of buying a home less stressful and easier. His knowledge of the area and availability were exceptional. During the construction of my home he made himself available for walkthroughs, blind measurements and room measurements numerous times. I won't use anyone else in Cape County again.

Buyer reviewHunter Williams helped me sell my house earlier this year and was great then. I looked at houses here and there but decided in early November I was ready to get started with the process of buying. He referred me to someone to help with the loan process who was also wonderful and made the paperwork a breeze. We looked at around 10 houses in the Cape area I was interested in. Hunter knew that in Cape it was important to see houses right away that I was interested in because of how quickly the market was moving. From the day I got approved for my loan to the time I found my house it only took us two weeks. The process after this went very smoothly and we closed on my dream house right at a month later. Hunter was always available to answer any questions I had throughout the whole process. I was able to get moved in this last weekend and am loving my new place, I am finally in my dream home just in time for Christmas!
