During the listing process, we reviewed comparable sales and set a realistic price to sell our home and Ina made it happen. The marketing and the number of potential buyers that came to see our home along with the feedback received after each viewing was great. In addition, Ina was able to assist us with addressing minor repair issues with professional vendors and added invaluable insight about offers received and negotiations with potential buyers. Ina was in command of the process from beginning to end. She was realistic about what our property would sell for, kept us in the loop as the process played out, and anticipated issues that might come up in the process and helped guide us in the negotiating process on what might have been issues that could have prevented closing on the final sale. She stepped in at the final stage and helped empty out the site on short notice for sale using her local contacts to expedite the process. Overall, an excellent experience from start to finish.
