Buyer reviewWe didn't hesitate to use Isaiah to represent us in the selling of our house. We knew it was going to be a hard place to sell, but had no idea it would take as long as it did. Isaiah had lots of ideas to help us, he even hired a stager to give us ideas to make our house seem bigger and more appealing to a buyer. Each week he would send us an email updating us on what was selling around us and how our open house went. He was always very easy to get a hold of if we needed him, and willing to text, call, or email his response. Our house ended up taking almost 8 months to sell, and he wasn't ever defeated, or he didn't show us ;)

Seller reviewIsaiah Thomas did a great job selling our home under tough local market condidtions. He was always accessible, aggressively marketed our home, and hosted open houses most weekends. When our home failed to attract enough interest, he brought in a professional to re-stage our home and had our marketing photos redone professionally. While the sales process took longer than any of us would have preferred, Isaiah persevered and got the job done for us. Great job, thanks Isaiah!
