Hi, I'm Isamar M. Winzenread. I was born in Puebla, Mexico and grew up in Indianapolis. When I was younger, I was deeply influenced by my family's entrepreneurial spirit. Despite limited financial resources, my parents' determination to succeed inspired me to pursue my own dreams.
After high school, I started working as a secretary at a local mechanic shop. An unexpected turn of events led me to step into a management role shortly after starting. While it was a challenging time, this position taught me the intricacies of managing a shop, and having only one mechanic, the technical skills of auto repairs. It also allowed me to assist customers in understanding the mechanics of their vehicles, which I found particularly rewarding.
My passion for helping others grew and after 5 years and many sacrifices, together with my father we decided to open our own shop "IMC Tires and Mufflers". Navigating the ownership of a business was hard but we emphasized in honesty and quality service, which were instrumental in our success.
The journey into real estate began after a problematic home purchase highlighted the value of a proficient Realtor. Determined to prevent others from facing similar difficulties, I studied real estate extensively and earned my license. Joining CENTURY 21 Scheetz opened my eyes to the complexities of the field, which are not taught in school. Despite a challenging start, my resolve was rekindled when I successfully helped my first-time homebuyer find their dream condo, a rewarding experience that confirmed my commitment to continue in real estate, dedicated to offering exceptional guidance and support.
