Every house we looked at I would ask her honest opinion of it and she gave it to me. Jacki helped a lot in understanding all of the paperwork we had to go through. On the days leading up to closing, she kept in touch with me. She made sure the bank had everything, making sure everything was done and ready, and what was going on on her end of things. I really couldn't of done this without her.
