We really appreciated the extra effort she made to hear our concerns and to provide explanations or options. She's an exceptional employee and person; smart, savvy, straight speaking and helpful. We first selected the broker because we trusted them from a previous business relationship. They recommended Jacki because we had trouble with another firms agent who had our property listed for 6 months without a single showing and little advice about marketing. They believed she would do a good job countering the issues we had with the previous agent. They were right. We had really exceptional leadership, communication and advice from Jacki.
