Seller reviewJackie sold the property to a close friend who recently passed away. I have known Jackie for 15 years and while my friend and I were originally looking for property she went above and beyond trying to find a property that was just what my friend was looking for. After my friend passed there was no one else I would consider to handle the sale of the property, She made a very tough situation easy and simple providing not only her expertise but her compassion for my situation. Since I live in Illinois and the property for sale is in Kentucky it was impossible for me to keep an eye on the property which Jackie did for me. I not only consider Jackie to be an excellent realtor, I consider her a friend. Her listing resulted in 9 showings within 48 hours of the listing being posted and we had a contract within 5 days

Seller reviewJackie is as much of a friend as my realtor. There was no question in my mind about asking her to list my home. She had handled the transaction when I bought the home and was professional, friendly, thorough, and knowledgeable. She kept me well informed on showings as well as giving comments after the showings. My home hit the market right as interest rates were starting to climb, but Jackie kept a positive attitude and kept me feeling like it would happen in due time. Our closing went smoothly as well.
