Jackie is an excellent, experienced realtor who pays attention, gives her all, and gets the job done.   My husband and I recently made our first real estate purchase of 173 acres of farm land.  We knew about land quality, but not so much the real estate process. Jackie walked us through the contract process, securing a lender, working with agriculture loans, negotiating, coordinating with banks and lawyers, and closing. Jackie was a great asset with her extensive knowledge of the Lawrenceburg area, plan reading, and farm land. She literally got down in the weeds with us as we explored the property on her Ranger. Jackie was so patient with us as we waited several months on our USDA farm loan during the government shutdown.  Throughout that time, she kept in touch via text and email. Besides all that, Jackie always went above and beyond for us, for example taking pictures of our special moments and clearing brush with a chainsaw so we could gain access to a back field. We highly recommend Jackie Nickell for your next real estate endeavor.

Jackie has helped my family and I with the purchase and sale of other properties . Those experiences were also handled perfectly . She recently help with the sale of two houses via phone and text due to my family and I moving out of state . Moved to fla decided wasn't right for us . I contacted Jackie she would go look at property and video the home . She would measure rooms anything we ask of her she did .
