Buyer reviewJackie Nickell came up as a high recommendation from a very good friend of mine. She had nothing but good things to say about her and how she had previously helped their family. I quickly contacted her and she was very eager to help us right away. From the moment we met I felt very comfortable and it didn't take long for my four girls to fall in love with her! She was very knowledgeable about properties we were interested in and seemed to do her "homework" on any listing we inquired about. I knew that she was going to be completely honest with us and wasn't just out to make a sale. I appreciate her making our first home purchase very pleasant and will recommend her to anyone I know who needs to buy or sell a house!

Seller reviewWe chose her because she sold my brothers house. He and his wife were very happy with her and we contacted her and were impressed by her knowledge and enthusiasm. She said we would have no problem selling our house but we didn't really believe her. She was right - sold it in 4 days - almost to fast for us. Jackie was a real professional. We accepted one offer that had a contingency and she suggested we make the next best offer, still an excellent offer, our backup offer. When the first offer fell through, she made the backup offer our first offer and had no problems. It sold so fast that there wasn't time for an open house. She did a fantastic job for us. If we ever have another place to sell, she will be our agent. Jackie made selling our house very easy. It was a great experience due to her knowledge and help and advice.
