About Jackie:
Jackie and her husband Carlos were married in 1988. Carlos is a retired Professional Engineer (structural) . They are in the process of readying their farm for self-sustainability. They enjoy time with their rescue dog, Rocket, whether on the boat or on the trails. Jackie enjoys gardening, running, hiking, biking, snowboarding and skate skiing. "I love this community. North Idaho is blessed with natural beauty, awesome recreation and incredible wildlife. Most important to me are the people here. We take time to enjoy our surroundings and make time for each other. Buyer reviewI was very busy with work in the midst of this purchase and Jackie made this transaction very easy for me. She is a very good agent and she provides a world class service from start to finish in all categories of the purchasing process. This was a dual representation scenario in that Jackie represented the buyer (myself) and the seller. She performed very well in what can be a tough position of representation. Jackie has a genuine character and that really shines in building trust out of the gate. I have bought and sold many many homes and I have experienced good agents and very poor agents. Jackie is an excellent agent. I would say her pillar of strength is her honesty. Honesty is hard to find in most industries today so we must cherish and recognize this when we experience it.

Seller reviewJackie Suarez was very knowledgeable about the area. I was referred to her through a friend of my Dad's three years ago. This friend had purchased a home through Jackie and was very impressed. The property is in N Idaho and we live in Wisconsin. We went out in July to get the home ready and relied on her judgement and knowledge. Being so far out of state we needed extra help from her. We desperately needed a tree trimmer or the homeowners insurance would have been cancelled the following week. We had no idea that it would be so hard to find someone to do this. One outfit that I called said they couldn't even come look at it and that they were 8-12 weeks out. Jackie came through with another name and he came out almost right away and accomplished the job. Since no one had been in the house for 3 years there were a number of other issues. My Dad had been a bachelor for many, many years and was a bit of a pack rat. There was lots of personal property left in the house, mainly junk. Jackie provided a name for a person to help sell and get rid of many things. Jackie Suarez always was a super communicator with us. She left no stone un-turned. The experience was all that we could have ever hoped for. Coming from out of state had so many issues. Jackie sailed effortlessly through any issues and helped guide us.
