Seller reviewJackie went above and beyond what I would consider is required of an agent. I honestly answered it took over 12 weeks to close but that error was on wells fargo. Jackie york made numerous attempts to reach them throughout this process. I could not recommend someone more that I do Jackie.

Seller reviewI had common interests with Jackie. It felt very comfortable to be around her. Always available within a reasonable amount of time. We had many set backs along the way. It was a very, very stressful time for us. We had already purchased another home when the first sale fell through. Not long after we had another buyer and again that fell through. We were paying double mortgages and utilities and home services. Jackie stayed positive and tried to keep us calm . All positive . I consider Jackie to be more than our realtor, she is our friend!

Buyer reviewJackie and Hans were great throughout the whole purchase process and were always very transparent with us and negotiated wonderfully on our behalf to make sure we got the best price on our home. All of our in person encounters like walk throughs were done with Hans and he was amazing throughout the process and was always upfront with us if he felt a house was overpriced or just not a good fit rather than just trying to make a sale. As a team they both did an amazing job on finding us the home of our dreams and taking a lot of the stress out of the buying process.

Buyer reviewJackie York and Alec York were recommended and were so helpful and knowledgeable not only of the area, but explaining the process of homebuying which was so helpful as first time homebuyers that decided to buy during a crazy sellers market. We worked a lot with Alec who would schedule showings for us and he communicated well when he could tour the homes for us. As a couple buying from out of state in a different time zone, this could be challenging but Alec was always able to schedule these for us and give us a lot of good insight into the homes and areas that we were looking at. Their knowledge and expertise really helped us feel confident in our first home buying purchase.
