Seller reviewWe worked with Jacob Langford and Franklin Riordan on the sale of our house. They were amazing to work with. This was the first time we sold a property and was very unfamiliar with the process. Jacob and Franklin made it easy to understand and guided us through each step. They were very patient with us and always responded very quickly. Our appraisal came in a little lower then we hoped, but they sent additional neighborhood comps to get the appraisal to our asking price. They were both on their game! I highly recommend Jacob and/or Franklin. If you are looking for someone with a high level of professionalism, exceptional customer service, and a lot of knowledge of the industry, they are your guys. They clearly know what they are doing.
