Seller reviewThis is the second home purchase I've worked with Jacob on, but it was the first time working with him to sell a home. Jacob was very knowledgable about local market dynamics and pricing. He sold our house much faster than all comparable houses in our area that were on the market, but got us a very fair price. His marketing plan was thoughtful and impactful, where he thought outside of the box consistently. He was experienced and instrumental when negotiating with our buyers. Overall, I would highly recommend Jacob to anyone who is looking for reliability and a realtor that will go above an beyond.
