A lifelong resident of Southwest Louisiana and a mother of two grown children and a son-in-law I have been licensed to conduct real estate since 2005. I love what I do and my strengths lie in my ability to manage, multi-task, pick up on details, and be accessible to my customers and clients. As a sellers agent I am particularly skilled at pricing and have a knack for design and staging. As a buyers agent my strengths are in being quick to locate properties before we miss them and negotiate well so purchases are not compromised or jeopardized. She always answered any question we had in a timely manner whether it be on the weekend or after business hours. She also talked us through & went to bat for us during the last stressful week before closing when agreed upon repairs were not completed. Together we got the job done & we love our new home. If we ever decide to sell/ buy another home we wouldn't use anyone besides Jade!
