Getting our home of 22 years on the market in a little over a week seemed insurmountable, but Jaime coached us through it and connected us with handymen and cleaners to help make it happen. She's also a great negotiator, getting almost all of our repair concerns addressed on the property we were buying and getting us above asking price on the house we were selling.
