James was born in Miami, Florida and moved to Central Florida in 1980. He began in the business of real estate as an investor buying and selling everything from low income properties to luxury homes. James then made the decision to transition from Investor to Agent as he enjoyed working with people to achieve their goal of home ownership.
James has an extensive background in residential real estate working with buyers and sellers and is an expert in short sales, foreclosures, and investment properties. One of his strongest assets is his ability to negotiate the hardest deals while authoring contracts that cover every detail and all while offering the greatest level of protection to clients. James is also a graphic designer, web designer, photographer, and videographer who uses these skills to help market and sell all of Alton Clark Realty's listings. As a result of having these skills, James is able to provide services to all sellers that would otherwise only receive them if they were selling a multi-million dollar home.
James graduated from the University of Central Florida with both a Bachelors & Masters Degree Suma Cum Laude. He's an avid sportsman who enjoys baseball, golf, hunting, and fishing. He's the proud father of two beautiful children and is married to the love of his life who just so happens to be his real estate partner, Christine Clark.

His expertise and knowledge about the business won our buyers back in less then 24 hours when they tried to back out of the deal. Go James!!! James' wife and other staff members were exceptional and I truly enjoyed working with all of them. James and his wife literally held our hand during the process and treated us like we were there only client while I know for a fact we weren't because he had other houses for sale in my very development.

It was a comfort knowing that they had my interests in mind at all times from three states away. I especially want to commend Christine on getting an expedited survey for a much more reasonable price than first presented to me. I would highly recommend the James/Christine duo to anyone. My wife and I were impressed with the information as well as the effort given to explain the current market details. We were very pleased with James and all the efforts with the sale of our home. The COVID 19 pandemic made things extremely difficult, but with his help, we were able to meet our goals to sell our home. James and his team were excellent to work with throughout this entire process. If I or anyone I knew, was in need of a broker to sell or purchase a home, I would recommend him with no hesitation.
