Personal Profile
James was born in Miami, Florida and moved to Central Florida in 1980. He began in the business of real estate as an investor buying and selling everything from low income properties to luxury homes. James then made the decision to transition from Investor to Agent as he enjoyed working with people to achieve their goal of home ownership.
James has an extensive background in residential real estate working with buyers and sellers and is an expert in short sales, foreclosures, and investment properties. One of his strongest assets is his ability to negotiate the hardest deals while authoring contracts that cover every detail and all while offering the greatest level of protection to clients. James is also a graphic designer, web designer, photographer, and videographer who uses these skills to help market and sell all of Alton Clark Realty's listings. As a result of having these skills, James is able to provide services to all sellers that would otherwise only receive them if they were selling a multi-million dollar home.
James graduated from the University of Central Florida with both a Bachelors & Masters Degree Suma Cum Laude. He's an avid sportsman who enjoys baseball, golf, hunting, and fishing. He's the proud father of two beautiful children and is married to the love of his life who just so happens to be his real estate partner, Christine Clark.

Seller reviewOver the years I have dealt with 10 other realtors when buying and selling homes. James and Christine were significantly more professional than all of them. They are not just realtors/brokers, they are business people. They have great judgment and a keen sense of what was critical and what was not critical, in the sale of our home. Their ability to negotiate the best deal for us, not just complete a transaction, is what sets them apart, in my experience. Amazingly, I have had realtors that handle the process like they were working for the other side, and/or just wanted the transaction completed, instead of looking out for our best interest and fighting for us. Not the Clarks, they are focused on what is best for their clients, not just getting a deal done! We sold two homes with them, and were extremely satisfied with them, for both sales!

Seller reviewMy husband and I feel as though we lucked out when we found James & Christine Clark to help us with the sale of a family member's property. The home needed a significant amount of work to get it ready for sale, and James made numerous suggestions that would give us a better return for our time & investment. We had the house ready to go in two weeks and priced it based on James' advice to attract multiple buyers. We did receive several offers, and ultimately sold the house at a good price. James and Christine walked us through all the paperwork and made the whole process easy, even though we were from out of state. The Clark's were very professional and enjoyable to work with!
