I have 20 years of experience working with clients and serving the Greater Lansing Area. I took an early retirement from State Employment, and I wanted to be a free agent, where I could have a very flexible schedule. My late father had been a Realtor and I decided it would be a great second career. I found that I deal with a lot of ?baby boomers? and older folks who need to downsize. So, I have my SRES designation, which stands for Seniors Real Estate Specialist. I also have the distinction of selling Churches for the last 10 years, at least six, so I learned how to market those properties. I feel that God has sent many vulnerable people to me who need an advocate to watch out for them. I often look for ways to make a moving experience less stressful for people who need the extra attention.
A good Realtor who knows the business must be the steady calm when storms roll in. Buyers often need reassuring explanations of the buying process; sellers must deal with the emotions of letting go. In the end, it's all about customer service.

He is great at what he does, but he doesn't ever come across as cocky or arrogant, nor did he ever act like the small price range we were able to afford was a waste of his time. Jim treated my wife and I with the utmost respect, and for that I am most grateful.
