Counter offers and other negotiations were always handled with courtesy and professionalism. Everyone involved felt respected and acknowledged. Texts, emails, and phone calls were always answered promptly. Jim was available whenever we needed him, despite his very active and busy schedule. The staff is equally professional and prompt. The first two offers didn't work out, but we are glad the third was a charm and just the outcome we would have wished.
