Buyer reviewJames was recommended by a Property Manager I contacted. After speaking with James, I knew he was the agent I wanted to work with. I relied on James' advice on the neighborhood. He was able to inform me of the different pockets in Tallahassee and I know we found the right property in the right neighborhood.

Seller reviewI had dealt with Debbie Kirkland on a previous property, so I called her. She and James looked at the property together. After that, I dealt with James mostly. One of the reasons I liked James was that he was always available to take my calls. I answered some of the above as not applicable because I really did not know much about what goes on behind the scenes, so I do not feel qualified to make an assessment of them. I think the above says it all.

Buyer reviewJames was great. I didn't know him from "cat-to-dog." However, he was persistent, he followed up with me, and provided me with options. I was on a time crunch and James interacted with me like he was on the same time crunch. I really appreciate all of his help. James needs a raise.
