James was very approachable, professional, knowledgeable and had a great personality. He knows his work. Years of experience was a key point in picking James. Had experience with everything. Questions about the inspection and what to look for. Was very prompt with signing documents and answered all issues and concerns we had to make us feel comfortable and not stressed. All the staff was very professional and helpful. They were always able to answer any questions we had and were also very punctual with calling and getting documents ready for us.
