I would recommend Jim Lanatti to other investors because when I told him that I did not have the cash on hand to purchase the property for all cash, he found a way to make the deal work anyway. He recommended a finance company that could not only fund a high percentage of the purchase of the property but remarkably, the repairs to both houses that I purchased as well. I would not have been able to purchase what I believe is one of the best business decisions I have made in recent years if I had used another agent that did not think outside the box.
