Jamie was quite creative when we placed this house on the market and reached out to a variety of targets for marketing and sales. I am very detail-oriented and particular about most aspects in regards to real estate searches, marketing and sales strategies, and creating contracts with fair but advantageous terms. Jamie knows this and works hard to meet these expectations. I do not hand out 100% excellent survey replies to anyone, unless they deserve it and very few do.
