Jamie Grace was a pleasure to work with. I am happy that he was referred to us by one of his clients. If I have the opportunity, I will recommend Jamie to friends or family. I appreciated that I never felt any pressure to make a decision or make an offer, or to have reasons why a particular house was not for me. (I worked briefly with other agents who pushed us to make offers and urged us to meet or exceed the asking price after one or two showings.) Jamie made it clear that he was happy to show us houses until we figured out the right location for us and found the right house. During our search, I found a location I was interested in but there were no houses for sale. Jamie sent mailings to specific home owners inquiring about their interest in selling. When there were no responses, he did a second mailing. I was very appreciative of his effort to find us the house we wanted! During the course of our home search, we made two offers before the one we bought. In each case, Jamie was very upbeat when the first two sales did not work out. He encouraged me to keep looking, and the right house would come along. Jamie Grace is friendly with a good sense of humor, while being professional and informative and honest about how he felt a house's condition and the asking price. Once we settled on the house we bought, Jamie remained in contact with us throughout the process and was very helpful right through to closing.
